
The National Guard sought to add MP3 downloads to its existing Hooha! Points program, a program that enables members to register and earn points toward prizes and National Guard items.
Neurotic Media empowered a branded National Guard MP3 download store and integrated it with Hooha! Points using Neurolinq™ Hosted Store Credits API. The National Guard system was therefore able to provision a user with Credits in the download store automatically online creating a seamless process for the consumer redeeming points for music downloads.
The program’s success lead the National Guard to expand it several times, both lengthening the term of the campaign (which ended up running for almost two years), as well as increasing the number of Credits each member could earn to redeem in the store.
